Full tiring day at Control Room fixing the damn server

Time: 8AM - 2AM (until the next day)

Memang nasib tak baik! Elok-elok aku tgh suka-suka dah nak hujung minggu, PI server aku buat hal plak dahhhhh. Redundant server tak leh syncronize dgn main server, marked red je, merisaukan aku!

Nak tak nak, terpaksa la datang esoknya trouble-shoot problem nih. Aku dgn Jacob (IT Support) datang godek server nih....

Check punya check rupa-rupanya bukan redundant server tu yg bermasalah, main server tu yang buat hal.

"Degraded RAM"... tu lah yg Jacob explain kat aku. So kita orang plan nak tukar RAM tu, kenalah shutdown PI server. Habis PI trending jadi discontinued. Aku dah explain kat operator cakap jangan risau.... data tak loss. Harap-harap lahhhhh!

Setelah 45 minit baru aku start balik PI services. Then aku verified plant data masuk archive ke tak. Fuhhh... Alhamdulillah semua OK!

Root cause nya adalah degraded RAM tu lah yg jadi bottle neck redundant server tu tak leh nak copy data dari main server....

Yang sampai kol 2 pagi tu menunggu redundant server tu syncronize data dengan main server. 8 jam server tu copy.... data dari tahun 1998!!!

Penat giler, lapar plak tu..... sampai je rumah aku terus rebah kepenatan.
